Barricades rebuilt in riotous Kiev
Police and anti-government protesters continue to face off in Kiev on Wednesday. Protesters are using tyres and rocks to build barricades, as well as shovelling snow off the ground and fixing it with water to create frozen barricades. Riot police are rattling their shields, while protesters chant and bang pots and pans.Clashes between riot police and protesters continue in many parts of the city, with with projectiles being thrown in both directions. Tear gas and stun grenades have been deployed by police, as protesters hurl molotov cocktails and stones.
